What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, take our quiz, subscribe to our newsletter, book an appointment, or join Grow, our membership community β and how that data is used, stored, and protected.
What we collect
Quiz: if you take the quiz "What's your success costing you?", your answers are scored in your browser. If you choose to see your result by email, we collect your first name and email address, along with your main result pattern and the shift it suggests. We don't store your individual answers. You can also skip this step and see your result without giving any details.
Newsletter: if you subscribe, we collect your name and email address. You can sign up through a Kajabi form on this website, or by ticking the optional box when you take the quiz. We use double opt-in: we'll email you a link to confirm your subscription, and you won't receive the newsletter until you confirm.
Appointment booking: if you book a call or session via Calendly, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule and manage that booking (such as your name, email address, and any details you provide when booking).
Grow membership: if you join Grow, Kajabi holds your account and membership information, and Stripe processes your payment. We do not directly collect or store your card details β Stripe handles payment processing on our behalf.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- send you your quiz result;
- send you the newsletter and respond to any enquiries you make;
- manage your appointment bookings;
- provide and manage your Grow membership, including access to the community space;
- understand, in aggregate, which pages on this website are visited, so we can improve it;
- meet our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
Lawful bases for processing
Under UK GDPR, the lawful basis we rely on depends on the specific activity β no single basis applies to everything we do with your data:
- Consent β for sending you newsletter marketing emails. You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing.
- Contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one β for managing appointment bookings and providing services such as Grow membership.
- Legitimate interests β for sending you the quiz result you asked for, for responding to general enquiries, for understanding how this website is used, and for reasonable business administration, where this doesn't override your own rights and interests.
- Legal obligation β for retaining records we are required by law to keep, such as for accounting and tax purposes.
Who we share it with
We use the following third-party services to run this website and deliver our services. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf:
- Kajabi β website hosting, quiz and contact/CRM records, email and newsletter delivery, page-view analytics, and membership/community management.
- Stripe β payment processing for Grow membership subscriptions.
- Calendly β appointment scheduling.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
Cookies and tracking
We have not installed Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any other advertising or analytics tracking on this website at present. Kajabi, as our website and membership platform, may use cookies necessary to operate the website, your account, membership access, and purchasing functionality.
Kajabi also has built-in website analytics. It records page views so we can see, in aggregate, which pages are visited. We use these reports only to understand how the website is used and to improve it. We don't use them to identify you or for advertising. Newsletter: unsubscribing
Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, or email us at [email protected] and we'll remove you.
How long we keep your data
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services to you, respond to your enquiries, and maintain our business relationship with you. Where we're required by UK law to retain certain records β for example, for accounting or tax purposes β we keep that information for as long as the law requires, even after you've unsubscribed or your relationship with us has ended.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons;
- ask us to restrict or object to how we use your data;
- withdraw consent at any time (for example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter).
