Coming Home to Rest Sleep Workbook

Most people think they have a time-management problem.

Often they have a recovery problem.

This free workbook will help you improve sleep, regulate stress and create the conditions for clearer thinking, better decisions and sustainable success.

  • Hello,

    I'm Beshlie

    Hello, I'm Beshlie
  • You've achieved a great deal.

You've built a career, carried responsibility, supported others and kept going when many people would have struggled.

From the outside, things may look successful.

But success can come at a cost.

Many founders, leaders and executives find themselves carrying pressure, responsibility and expectations for so long that they gradually lose touch with themselves, their needs and what truly matters.

I've spent more than twenty years working alongside leaders, business owners and high-performing professionals. I've seen first-hand how easy it is for capable people to become disconnected from themselves whilst looking successful to everyone else.

I help successful people reconnect with who they are, think more clearly, lead more honestly, and create success that no longer comes at the expense of their well-being, relationships, or peace of mind.

My coaching combines deep reflection, honest conversation and practical action. Together, we create space to step back, see things clearly and move forward in a way that feels aligned with who you are and what matters most.

Whether you're navigating a leadership challenge, a life transition, burnout, or simply questioning what comes next, you're in the right place.

I look forward to meeting you.

    Beshlie

  • Transformational Executive Coaching

    Ready for a conversation?

If you're successful on the outside but something feels off on the inside, let's talk.

  • Success doesn't feel the way you thought it would.

    You've worked hard.

    You've achieved a great deal.

You've built a career, a business, a reputation or a life that others admire.

    And yet...

You may be carrying more than most people realise.

Perhaps you recognise some of this:

    • You struggle to switch off.
    • Your mind rarely stops.
    • You carry responsibility for everyone else.
    • You feel pressure to keep performing.
    • You're tired, even when you've slept.
    • You've achieved goals that once mattered deeply, but something still feels missing.
    • You're wondering what comes next.

The problem isn't that you're failing.

The problem may be that you've spent so long focusing on what everyone else needs that you've lost touch with yourself.

You don't need another productivity system.

You don't need to try harder.

You may simply need the space to slow down, think clearly and reconnect with what matters most.

  • A Pattern I See Often

    A founder recently told me:

"I've built the business I wanted, but somehow ended up trapped inside it."

From the outside everything looked successful.

    The business was growing.

    The team was performing.

    Friends assumed life was great.

Privately, they felt exhausted, disconnected and unsure what they actually wanted anymore.

    The problem wasn't capability.

The problem was that success had gradually come at the expense of themselves.

This is more common than most people realise.

It's also why so much of my work focuses on helping successful people reconnect with themselves before the cost becomes too high.

  • Coaching Isn't About Fixing You

    You don't need fixing.

Most of the people I work with are intelligent, capable and successful. They've built careers, businesses and lives that others admire.

The problem isn't that they're broken.

The problem is that somewhere along the way they became disconnected from themselves.

Years of responsibility, pressure, achievement and looking after everyone else can make it difficult to hear your own voice. You become so focused on what needs doing, who needs you and what comes next that you lose sight of what you need and what truly matters.

Coaching creates the space to reconnect.

    A space to slow down.

    A space to think clearly.

A space to be honest with yourself.

Together, we explore what's really going on beneath the pressure, noise and expectations. We challenge old assumptions, uncover what matters most and create a way forward that feels aligned with who you are.

The goal isn't to become someone new.

It's to come home to yourself.

Because lasting change doesn't come from fixing who you are.

It comes from reconnecting with who you've always been.

  • What Working Together Feels Like

Most of my clients don't come to coaching because they're failing.

    They come because they're successful.

From the outside, things look fine.

But internally they're carrying more than they want to admit.

    They've lost perspective.

    They're exhausted.

    They're questioning what comes next.

Or they're simply tired of doing life on hard mode.

Our work creates the space to think clearly again.

To step back from the noise.

    To challenge assumptions.

    To reconnect with yourself.

And to make decisions from clarity rather than pressure.

    There is no formula.

    No performance required.

No version of you that needs fixing.

Just an honest conversation about what matters most and what comes next.

  • The Goal Line & The Soul Line

Many successful people spend years focused on what Dr Mary Hulnick and Dr Ron Hulnick call the Goal Line.

    Career.

    Business.

    Achievement.

    Money.

    Recognition.

    Results.

There is nothing wrong with the Goal Line. It matters.

The challenge is that many people develop the Goal Line whilst neglecting the Soul Line — their connection to themselves, their relationships, their wellbeing, their presence and their sense of meaning.

Eventually, they reach goals they once dreamed of, only to discover they don't feel the way they expected to feel.

    Not because they failed.

Because one line grew whilst the other stood still.

    Real success requires both.

My work helps people strengthen the Soul Line without abandoning the Goal Line, so success feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

The Goal Line and Soul Line concept was developed by Dr Mary Hulnick and Dr Ron Hulnick of the University of Santa Monica. It has been a significant influence on my thinking about success, fulfilment and personal growth.

  • What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful, life-changing conversation where you connect with your own wisdom, get clear on what truly matters, and set yourself up to take inspired action. It’s all about you finding your own answers, with the support of a coach who’s by your side, helping you along the way.

The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.

Shouldn't I be able to figure all of this stuff out on my own?

Sure, you could! But here’s the thing: even the most brilliant, capable people benefit from having someone in their corner. Coaching isn’t about telling you what to do; it’s about giving you the space, support, and tools to unlock your own answers and move forward with clarity and confidence. It’s like having a trusted guide walking alongside you on your journey.

    Is coaching like therapy?

Coaching and therapy are different. Therapy often focuses on healing and understanding your past, while coaching is all about where you are now and where you want to go. Coaching is future-focused, helping you gain clarity, build confidence, and take action towards the life you truly want. It’s about growth, not healing.

What results can I expect from coaching?

You can expect to feel clearer, more confident and more aligned with what truly matters to you. My clients often experience breakthroughs in mindset, increased self-trust, and the courage to take action towards their goals. Coaching helps you feel empowered, inspired, and ready to create lasting change in your life.

Where and when would we meet?

We can meet online via Zoom, over the phone, or in person if you're local to me in Derby. I coach my clients for one hour, twice a month.

How much does individual 1-1 coaching cost?

The first session is a gift. It’s a chance for us to connect, explore what you’re looking for, and see if coaching feels like the right fit for you. From there, we can discuss the best way to work together if that is something that you would like to do. You’ll know if it feels right. That’s what matters.

Coaching packages go from 6 months to 12 months. Fees start at £5k.
